Pastoral Council

Pastoral Council includes six to nine parishioners who meet monthly (except during the summer) to assist and advise the pastor in his role as spiritual shepherd of the parish community. To this end, they seek out input from throughout the parish, they evaluate issues of concern, they prayerfully reflect with the pastor on matters of pastoral importance, make recommendations and offer him counsel. During the next few years, their work is being guided by the five-year parish pastoral plan, "Embracing the Future," established in 2010.
