Fr. Louis, a native of South Sudan, who speaks five languages, has served as a missionary in Peru, South Sudan, and the U.S.
Fr. Louis will shepherd Our Lady of Guadalupe Family of Parishes that includes St. Therese Little Flower, St. Boniface, St. Leo, St. Joseph, and Holy Family.

Carol and her husband Jerome have been members of Little Flower for over 30 years. They have 4 grown children who all attended Little Flower School. She is active in St. Vincent de Paul. In her spare time she loves to sew and do other crafts.

Kathy Parsons

Director of Music Ministry

Kathy Parsons is our director of music ministry. She has degrees in music education from Xavier University and Miami University and has been involved in music ministry since high school. She has worked at various churches in the area including St. Vincent de Paul, St. Francis de Sales, and St. Joseph in North Bend, and provided music for masses at Bayley Place for ten years. She was most recently the music director at Our Lady of the Visitation after previously serving as their Children’s Choir director for six years. She has three daughters with her husband, Michael –Emily, Julia, and Anna –who each play an instrument and participate in music ministry at mass from time to time.

Jennifer Sullivan

Administrative Assistant

Jennifer Sullivan was born and raised in Ohio, though her journey briefly took her to the Carolinas before she returned home to Ohio in February 2017—this time settling in Cincinnati. She earned her Master of Humanities degree from Tiffin University in 2014. Jennifer has one daughter who lives in Kuna, Idaho. A devoted fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds, she also enjoys attending concerts at Riverbend Music Center, reading, writing, painting, and working on miniatures. Whenever she can, she loves to travel. Her household includes herself and her black cat, Curtis B, a year-round Halloween decoration and beloved companion.
